Ingredients for Tomatoes Bulgur Pilaf Recipe
  • 2 cups of bulgur with rice
  • 1/2 (half) cup of oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2-3 green peppers
  • 1 yemek kaşığı biber salçası
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Boiling water
  • Salt, pepper, paprika
  • 2 spoonful butter
How to Make Recipe of Tomatoes Pilaf?

Oil is heated, finely chopped onion and peppers are roasted, tomato paste is added. Then peeled and cubed tomatoes are added, a few more mixes are cooked.
Meanwhile, the bulgur is washed once and mixed with the tomato / onion mortar we prepared, adding boiling water. Put the face of the bulgur with two fingers, and make it lower.
Spices are added and cooked until it dries. The softness of the bulgur close to pulling full water is checked, if it is not cooked, add a little more boiling water. The bottom is covered and two spoons of butter are melted in a separate pan and burned slightly (before it becomes too black).
Pour hot baked bulghur and let the rice rest for 10 minutes with its mouth closed. It is mixed well with the top and bottom without serving.
